A New Year Thank You – In Advance

The success of New Year Resolutions has everything to do with your attitude. If you WISH for something to come true, you’ve already given up. If you are THANKFUL for the things you know will come true, you WILL succeed.

This year, think in the affirmative.

  1. Map out how, when, and what achieving your goals will look like. lululemon athletica has some excellent tools to help you accomplish this.
  2. Talk your goals over with your friends/family (accountability partners) and THANK them for their support in advance.
  3. Do not let go.

What will you accomplish in 2012? Go to the gym 3x each week? Only eat out once a week? Run a half marathon?

I would like to dedicate my New Year Thank You to some of the most motivating people I know – my coaches. You have helped me become the person I am today and inspire me to strive for more. I’m beyond excited to see how I’ll make you proud in 2012.
