spicy salami and hummus salad

I’d say about 80% of my salad recipes are beautiful accidents. I open my fridge, pull out what will soon expire, and make it work. I discovered this dish by accident but thought it was so delicious that I find myself grocery shopping just to make it.

I crisp spicy salami and sprinkle it over a bed of mixed baby greens and purple onion. The dressing is a unique combination of spicy hummus thinned with lemon juice.

Happy unique salad making!

Is there any possibility you could note how many calories/carbs in a serving?

  4. I tried clicking on the “print” button, but all that came out was paper, not this FABULOUS looking salad. They really need to work on that feature 🙂 I am loving your blog; such beautiful photos and inspiring recipes. Thank you so much for sharing with us! Happy cooking!
