about

Howdy! My name is Cassandra. I’m here to document my adventures through food, fitness, and everything in between with the hopes to entertain, inspire, and appetize.

Fed and Fit offers a creative spin on how to prepare simple nutritious foods that will keep you full, happy, and in motion. You will consistently find tips on how to cook healthier versions of your favorite foods and unique approaches to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Eating healthy can taste good and staying active can be fun. Fed and Fit can show you how to do both.

Growing up in my mother’s kitchen, father’s backyard, and the neighborhood’s tireless tramped of active children; I have learned how to balance great food, a happy life, and the art of staying in motion.

I have vast experience in being Fed and Fit in many different environments: visiting relatives, dorm/college life, tiny kitchens, professional kitchens, life on the road, cooking for picky eaters, and many more. I am starved for good food, fun activities, and to share what I’ve learned with the world.

I hope you enjoy.

Cheers!

Congratulations Cassy! We are particularly interested in your breakfast salad and cucumber dish–all of your meals look sensational and we can’t wait to read through your recipes and export them to our kitchen!

Tonight we made turkey meatloaf loaded with vegetables and oatmeal. It turned out great! You’re already inspiring us. Best wishes for your every success with your new blog. We are so very happy for you. BTW, looks like you went beautiful early 🙂
